European ComMission, DG Education and Culture   External evaluation of the Arion action, which is part of the Socrates programme. The action consists of study visits for education specialists. The evaluation comprises interviews with all National Agencies, with participants in and organisers of study visits, as well as with policy makers in the area of education.
Techniques used: face-to-face and telephone interviews, complemented with a web-based survey.
Location: all 30 participating countries (EU, associated countries, candidate accession countries, Cyprus and Malta)
