Promoroma (project funded by EC - DG Regio)   Responsible for monitoring the customer satisfaction of 800 SMEs being assisted under the PRIMATS programme in 8 regions in the EU. The programme supports enterprises with the implementation of innovation management techniques.In charge of developing management manual and evaluating the consultancy services provided to 800 technology-driven SMEs.Training of 50 consultants in 8 EU regions is part of this project (6 seminars of 1 week duration).

EC - DG XIII   Development of management tools for the network of 52 Innovation Relay Centres set-up by the EC in the 15 EU Member countries : evaluation of present tools, development of new tools, test with a group of 8 centres. Principles of tools developed have been decentralised management by objectives and self-measurement of performance.
