Involvement in IMPROVE, a project financed by the European Commission under the Innovation Programme of the DG Enterprise. National coordinator for Belgium and the Netherlands for the validation and dissemination stage of a self-assessment and benchmarking tool for SMEs aimed at assessing their innovation strategy and culture. Development of training standards, methods and curricula and ‘train the trainer’ activity. Part of the consortium and working as subcontractor for the French consultancy Technofi.

Evaluation of the organisation and operation of a Europe-wide awareness-raising campaign : 'European Week 2001'.
Techniques used: telephone interviews with project organisers and Focal Points at national level responsible for the organisation of the Week.

European Commission, DG Education and Culture   External evaluation of the Arion action, which is part of the Socrates programme. The action consists of study visits for education specialists. The evaluation comprises interviews with all National Agencies, with participants in and organisers of study visits, as well as with policy makers in the area of education
Techniques used: face-to-face and telephone interviews, complemented with a web-based survey.
